Stumbled across First Time after reading reviews on here funnily enough. Went with ADI called PETER COVERLEY, what can I say which hasn't been said about this man, great teaching technique, always on time, great sense of humour and enstilled a great deal of confidence in me which was lacking when I first started out, needless to say I passed 'First Time.' Cool guy all round, be sure to ask for Peter..then again he does have one downside...he's a Man Utd fan!..

Was recommended by a friend, instructor couldnt of been any better, taught me all i needed to know with great detail and understanding . I passed First time and would definitely recommend them and my instructor to friends and family. ..

My driving Instructor was Rob Jary, very reliable, calm, patient and trustworthy. Everything you want in a driving instructor. I was quite an unconfident driver but Rob put me at ease and made me believe that i could do it I have now passed my test and am thrilled. Prices are reasonable too. If you're going to book lessons book through 1st time and ask for Rob Jary. By far the best!!!..

I passed my test with peter, my girlfriend suggested I gave him a call after having being messed around by various money grabbing so called instructors. I have just recently passed my driving test and am well chuffed. I was recommended by quite a few of my mates who passed with the company that was taught by Gemma. Id had lessons before but stopped and had a gap as i was put off by another instructor. Gemma was always on time, very professional and always explained things well so it made it easy to pick up. Im 17 and thort id never pass my test but i had a great instructor and he was always ontime and never late, i had a full hour lesson and after 35 lessons i passed 1st time :-) wen i first sat behind the wheel i was a bag of nerves but the instructor was really patient and taught me at my own pace. Im glad i went with 1st time they are a great school. THANK YOU... ..

I learnt with 1st time with an instructor from there she was always late, always on her phone and was rude i then changed my instructor to mark from 1st time he was really good, he gave me all the confidence i needed and i wouldnt of passed first time without him!! just goes to show it isnt all the instructors at first time there is some good ones thanks..

After reading the review here, I booked lessons with Vinny. I took my test on the 13th Jan and passed 1st time!

I cannot recommend Vinny enough, he was a really great instructor. Flexible, patient and on time. He is a real people person and humorous. He made me feel at ease and gave me confidence. I could not have done it without him.

I had taken a couple of lessons with another instructor before Vinny. I found this instructor too agressive and critical, he made me loose confidence and feel as if I would not be able to achieve test standard. You will know within 1-2 lessons if you like your instructor - if you don't, change straight away otherwise you will be wasting you money and time.

Always book lessons with somebody who has been recommended. Ask friends, family or neighbours for recommendations or look at reviews online...

I have found 1st time to be excellent. After having a previous driving instrustor which was charging me £22 for 50 minutes 1st time are so much cheaper...but the service certainly didnt reflect this. My driving instructor John is always reliable, on time and extremly friendly (he doesnt even mind my constant taslking) and always ensures that I have the full one hour lesson.
I completed more in one lesson with him than I did in 6 with my previous instructor. I would recommed to all (and i have too all my friends many of whom are now changing instructors to be with him). ..

Vinny taught my wife - promt, flexible and REALLY patient. A brilliant tutor for a fair price. HIGHLY recommended.

After having a previous instructor waste my time and money my sister recommended 1st time. She had passed her first driving test after having lessons with them.
Whilst driving with 1st time i began to enjoy my lessons again, my instructor was always on time and seemed eager to teach me rather than waste time. After 20 hours with 1st time i passed my driving test first time.
I would recommend this company...

the bloody baggers i have had my test twice some of there drivers are unqualified watch out for the pink badge the only good thing is its 18 quid per lesson ..

After being disappointed with so many other so-called "schools" I very impressed with 1st Time. Had a really good instructor who actually wanted to get me through the test rather than just take my money.

It was cheaper too and you get an hour's lesson - not 50 mins!

Should've gone with them first of all.

Had a driving lesson for the first time, they were late and bad mannered...

They alright but my instructor alwways complains and they try to milk you by making have more lessons but in general alright and really cheap as well like £18 / lesson..
