Had the worst experience with this driving school EVER! My instructor would take 3/4 fag breaks a lesson, would only take me around the same bit of road...unneeded slow progress. Several times she wouldn't show up, and once she did only to tell me the car was broken down and we could 'pretend' to drive the car (and still expected to pay). Then BSM started saying I owed them money, trying to make me pay for all the times she didnt show up! Complete joke! I then found a new instructor, who was a million times better and who I passed first time with. Don't learn with BSM unless you want to be ripped off- they are too big a company to care if you pass or not, more lessons means more £££ to them. I've literally never had this bad a service from anything before!..
